Flying Fox Brewing Company is a family-owned business. The company produces its four beers on a very small scale (less than 500 bbl/year) exclusively at its brewpub in Pava'ia'i Village.

Our beers' flavors are derived from traditional brewing ingredients and their fermentation while also incorporating local flavors familiar to American Samoa.

The company is 100% owned by the Ilaoa family, with no ties to any beverage alcohol industry member. Flying Fox Brewing Company is a member of the Brewers Association
